Horrocks’ Spokane office opened in 2000 and provides planning and design services for a variety of project types, including water, wastewater, storm drainage, and transportation for cities, towns, counties, special service districts, and government agencies. We have a multidisciplinary staff of professionals that includes civil engineers; surveyors; and design specialists in roadway, hydraulic, and storm drain systems.
