Throughout the past week, Horrocks Engineers joined with organizations and individuals around the nation to celebrate Engineers Week—a weeklong event that recognizes engineers and the contributions of the engineering industry. From food to games to shout-outs, we took some time to celebrate all of the people at Horrocks that help us do the work we love.
In the words of Dale Gruel, an engineer with nearly five decades of experience in the industry:
“Working in the many engineering offices I have been employed at during my career has provided me the opportunities to meet amazingly talented and interesting people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. And that is perhaps my biggest enjoyment about engineering: the people I get to work with! Yes, I love engineering, and I wish this type of work enjoyment for everyone.”
