Horrocks Book Drive Gathers 813 Books for Local Youth

In March, four Horrocks offices hosted book drives in honor of National Reading Month. In total, 813 books were collected and then donated to local schools and youth organizations.

Staff members from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weber-Davis display some of the books they can now share with local youth.

In Meridian, Idaho, Horrocks employees provided an impressive contribution to the annual children’s book drive hosted by United Way of Treasure Valley. Horrocks’ Riverdale, Utah office also donated books to a local organization: the Boys and Girls Club in Ogden. The other participating offices—Pleasant Grove, Utah, and Albuquerque, New Mexico—delivered their book donations to local schools. In each location, many employees generously donated their resources and time to support young readers in their communities.
